Individual therapy


This level of therapy allows individuals the time and space to explore and understand their feelings, challenge limiting beliefs, process influential memories, and work towards desired change. The therapist’s role is to guide an individual along their journey of change. The beauty of individual therapy is that it is totally collaborative, moving at a safe and comfortable pace. 

Couples Therapy


Couples therapy is conducted by a separate therapist from one’s individual therapist. The goal of couple’s therapy is to support the couple with issues pertaining to mediation, communication, boundaries, family conflict and sex and sexual issues. The therapist’s role is to support in identifying relationship issues, strengthening and rebuilding their relationship. When necessary, the role of the therapist can also be to support the couple with a peaceful conclusion of their relationship.  

Family Therapy


Family therapy is a form of counseling designed to treat specific issues, functioning and the overall health of the family. This type of therapy is used to help families through difficult times, transitions, as well as to support families with members that have mental health and behavioral issues.  

 

Group Therapy


Group therapy allows individuals to learn and grow in a supportive environment with others who have similar goals. Groups can be targeted to a specific problem , they can be more general, or they can be a source of support such as those dealing with grief and loss.
